We are currently seeking an experienced Chartered Town Planner to join our team in Newry, Co. Down.
This is a full-time, office-based role working across a diverse portfolio of planning applications, appeals, enforcement matters and development plan representations. The successful candidate will provide professional planning advice, manage complex casework and engage with a wide range of clients, stakeholders and public bodies.
We’re looking for someone with:
- 3rd level qualification in a relevant subject such as Environmental Planning, Town and Country Planning or equivalent.
- At least four years’ experience in a planning environment
- Strong knowledge of planning policy, legislation and guidance
- Excellent communication, report writing and negotiation skills
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car
Member of Royal Town Planning Institute or Irish Planning Institute is desirable.
