O’Callaghan Planning recently received planning permission for an off-site replacement dwelling in the open countryside outside Crossmaglen. There were a few planning issues along the way but we think this has been well worth the wait. Designed by our in-house architectural team, this dwelling responds to the site’s topography, with a stepped rear return overcoming the need for prominent retaining structures. The house has a traditional farmhouse look but contains all modern amenities.
